Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and skincare products, as well as the complexity of international logistics (South Korea → Ukraine), returns or exchanges are not accepted.
We do not accept product returns and do not issue refunds in the following cases:

The product packaging has been opened or damaged by the customer

You changed your mind after payment

The product did not meet personal expectations (color, scent, texture, skin reaction, performance, etc.)

The product has been used
Refunds
Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases when:

The product arrived damaged due to our mistake

The order contains an item different from the one purchased

Part of the order is missing due to an error on our side during packing
📌 Photo evidence is required on the day of delivery.
Without photo proof, compensation cannot be issued.
Refunds are processed in monetary form within 14 days after approval, but physical product returns are not accepted.
