Shipping policy
SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
We ship products directly from South Korea. Since we operate in a buyer (personal purchase) format, the delivery process consists of two stages: purchasing the product in Korea and international transportation.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Before international dispatch, we need time to receive your items from Korean suppliers.
Processing time:
The standard time for purchasing, receiving the goods at our office in Korea and repacking them is 3–5 business days after the order payment.
*Exclusively for Ukraine:
Handing over to the carrier:
We hand over parcels to the courier service CJ Logistics as they are prepared (daily or according to the courier pickup schedule). CJ Logistics then delivers the shipment to the Meest Korea warehouse for international dispatch.
For other international shipments:
Dispatch is usually carried out via Korean Post Office / EMS / FedEx.
2. SHIPPING COST & PAYMENT PROCEDURE
International shipping services are not included in the product price and are paid separately.
For Ukraine:
Cost calculation:
The shipping cost is calculated by our logistics partner (Meest) based on the actual weight of the parcel. We pack items as compactly as possible.
When to pay:
Once the parcel arrives at the Meest warehouse in Korea, it will be weighed and the exact shipping amount will be generated in our personal account. We will inform you of this amount and provide payment details.
Payment deadline:
Shipping must be paid before the parcel arrives at the transit hub (Lviv) for further customs clearance/sorting.
Combining parcels:
Meest’s tariff is based on grams. The delivery cost is proportional to the weight, therefore consolidation of several orders into one does not reduce the shipping rate. You can send orders as separate parcels without overpaying.
For other countries:
Shipping is carried out from South Korea via the official Korean postal system.
The shipping cost is not fixed and depends on:

the total weight of the order

the size (volume) of the box

the destination country
The final shipping price is determined after the order is fully packed, weighed and the parcel dimensions are measured.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We ship orders to Ukraine, EU countries and the USA. Timeframes are approximate and depend on airline operations and customs processing.

Delays at customs or due to weather conditions are not a valid reason for order cancellation.
4. TRACKING
Receiving a tracking number:
The tracking number is provided to the customer after the parcel is weighed at the Meest warehouse and the shipping cost is generated.

5. CUSTOMS REGULATIONS & TAXES
The client (Recipient) acts as the importer of the goods and is fully responsible for complying with the customs regulations of their country.
Ukraine:
Parcels with a value of up to 150 EUR are not subject to customs duties. If the limit is exceeded, customs may charge additional taxes, which are paid by the Recipient.
EU and USA:
Customs limits and VAT or state tax rules differ depending on the country and region. We do not possess full information about the customs legislation of each country. The client is responsible for checking possible customs charges before placing an order.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being disposed of by customs. In such cases, the cost of the goods and shipping will not be refunded.
6. UNCLAIMED PARCELS & INSURANCE
Insurance:
By default, parcels are shipped without insurance. If you wish to insure your parcel for the full value against loss, please inform the manager when placing your order (this is a paid service). Without insurance, we are not responsible for the loss of the parcel by postal services.
Storage and disposal (for Ukraine):
Parcels that arrive in Ukraine but are not paid for (shipping) or not collected by the customer are not returned to Korea. They are stored at the warehouse in Lviv for up to 3 months, after which they are subject to disposal.
Compensation:
Funds for disposed (unclaimed) parcels are not refunded. Please track your parcel and collect your order in a timely manner.
